roots is free on the App Store. there's no subscription and no paywall.
how do i report a bug or share feedback?
email hello@therootsapp.io with as much detail as you can: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and your device and ios version if it's a technical issue. screenshots help a lot.
i forgot my password
tap "forgot password" on the sign in screen and we'll email you a reset link. if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email hello@therootsapp.io.
how do i delete my account or my data?
you can delete your account directly from the profile tab, and all of your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. if you'd rather we handle it, email privacy@therootsapp.io. more details in our privacy policy.
is my hair data shared with anyone?
no. your photos, logs, and notes are never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train ai models. read the full breakdown in our privacy policy.
we aim to respond to every email within a few business days. for legal or formal data requests, please allow up to 30 days.
