i'm a beta tester — how do i report a bug or share feedback?
email hello@therootsapp.io with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and your device + ios version if it's a technical issue. screenshots help a lot.
how do i delete my account or my data?
once the app is live, you'll be able to delete your account directly from the profile tab — all of your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. during private beta, email privacy@therootsapp.io and we'll handle it for you. more details in our privacy policy.
is my hair data shared with anyone?
no. your photos, logs, and notes are never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train ai models. read the full breakdown in our privacy policy.
we aim to respond to every email within a few business days. for legal or formal data requests, please allow up to 30 days.
